The 90-minute session features presenters Krystal Wu and Amy Rovai Gregory, who have extensive experience in culturally responsive and equity-driven education.

Presenters
Krystal Wu is a Technical Assistance Provider for the California Center for School Climate at WestEd, and a Program Associate with WestEd’s Resilient and Healthy Schools and Communities team. She designs professional learning and develops evidence-based resources to promote safe and supportive learning environments. Wu specializes in culturally responsive and sustaining education, co-design, and school climate. She currently leads professional learning courses on racial equity and belonging.
Amy Rovai Gregory has been an educator in San Juan Unified School District for 22 years. She has worked in various roles, including classroom teacher, vice principal, principal, and director of family engagement and partnership development. Gregory is passionate about building relationships and creating culturally responsive outreach to reduce barriers and increase access and opportunities. She has received numerous awards for her leadership and community engagement initiatives.
