Register now and join us on Wednesday, April 27, from 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. (ET) / 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (PT) to learn how you can think creatively and flexibly about resource allocation.
Your resources—time, talent, and funding—are your charter school’s greatest tools in accomplishing your mission. But how can you leverage these resources and your overall operations to drive academic achievement? And how do you determine the appropriate levels of resource allocation to ensure you are achieving results?
The National Charter School Resource Center’s upcoming interactive workshop, Allocating School Resources to Support Student and School Needs, is designed for school budget teams who want to ensure their organizations use funds, including one-time federal stimulus funds, strategically and effectively.
During this 90-minute workshop, you will work with your peers to practice allocating operational resources to align with your data-informed priorities. We’ll also discuss how to foster transparency and equity of outcomes in your resource allocation process.
