Chelsea Talakoub is a Senior Research Associate with WestEd’s Assessment for Learning team. She supports the development and delivery of professional learning opportunities aimed to support educators to effectively leverage assessment data to improve teaching and learning.
Talakoub has contributed to the body of work at the Center for Standards, Assessment, and Accountability (formerly the Center on Assessment and Standards Implementation). In addition, she works on a variety of assessment literacy and curriculum projects at the state and local levels, and conducts research on related topics that are of interest to the field.
She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Simmons University, and earned a BA in English literature from Mount Holyoke College.
